Evans Mize, MD,
A board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician who splits his time between the ER and the aesthetic chair. With over a decade of experience in acute care, he brings a steady hand, clinical precision, and zero fluff to every injectable. When he's not working shifts in high-pressure trauma rooms, he's collaborating with aesthetic offices across Tennessee to help clients look and feel their best. ​
 

Dr, Mize is licensed and certified to practice in Tennessee, Alabama and Florida, and offers treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF therapy, and microneedling. Dr. Mize doesn't follow trends or push procedures - he listens, executes, and respects your vision. A true mix of medical precision and creative energy, he brings that same balance into every treatment - thoughtful, tailored, and always focused on what makes you feel your best.
