FILLERS
Fillers are a line of product of hyaluronic acid used to be injected in different parts of the body in order to change shape, contour present shape, add volume, or improve thinned skin area. Used in the lips, filler helps to build volume, can erase asymmetry, and gives more of a full lip look. Helps get rid of marionette lines and nasolabial folds (NLF) that help to regain a youthful appearance by removing the large deep set wrinkles in the central portion of the face and improving the smile. Used along with the cheeks and jawline, it helps to regain the more attractive V shape of a young woman's face that is oftentimes lost as a person ages. And non-cosmetic cases these same hyaluronic acid fillers were used in the form of Hyaligan or Euflexxa for knee injections in those with severe osteoarthritis to help with the viscosity to delay knee replacements.
Hyaluronic acid has come a long way since then and instead of it only lasting 1 to 2 months in the knee, 6 to 12 months and lips or nasolabial folds, the cross-link technology now last anywhere from 18 to 24 months. Prices for these fillers go from standard in the $350-500 range to cross-link being 550-650 range. The exact same product at a spa or plastic surgery office would be considerably more in the 600s - $1000 range due to unnecessary overhead and over price sports cars from facetious physicians.
Fillers are chose by location, generation type, and viscosity needs. 1st generation lasts 6-12 months. Whereas 2nd generation lasts 18-24 months.
*Viscosity is resistance to a liquid flowing so high viscosity doesn't flow so much thicker whereas low viscosity flows freely so thin.

Botox and similar acting products. Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, and Xeomin.
All 4 use botulinum toxin from the Clostridium bacterium without the side effect of paralyzing muscle. Is injected into the muscles in the face and possibly other parts of the body to inhibit function. This leads to reduction in movements and hence reduction in wrinkles. Off label use of botulinum toxin includes hyperhidrosis (over sweating) in the armpits, reduce tension headaches when injected in the temporalis muscles or upper neck muscles, and improvement in healing functions as seen in facial scars that improved with Botox injections over time when compared to facial scars on the same patient that did not receive treatment. All Botox products last from 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 months with less time as a person has more sun exposure, increased metabolism from workouts, or of northern European descent (Scotts, Irish, Scandinavian).
BOTOX BASELINE
Botox was the original so therefore the group was named after. Botox is made by the company Allergan. Use on an average person may take 25 to 35 units for a full facial softening of smiles and therefore reduction of wrinkles. This usually lasts for 3 months but can be reduced with increased sun exposure, increased metabolic activities like weight lifting or running, or those of Scott's/Irish/northern European descent. Average price usually is $10-$13 per unit. We sell for $9/unit.
XEOMIN
Merz Pharma is the current manufacturer of Xeomin. It is widely believe the Xeomin is the less effective of the for Botox equivalents. Its effect usually last for 2.5 months however it has $2 cheaper per unit so therefore one might consider just spending more and getting more units instead. Average price is $9-12/unit. We sell for $9/unit.
JEUVEAU
This is the newest Botox equivalent. It is made by the company Evolus. Small dispersion and faster onset make it very popular and in many ways superior to Botox. Last 3 to 3-1/2 months consistently. Usually similar in price to Botox if not dollars cheaper per unit. Average price is usually $10-12/unit. We sell for $9/unit. Benefit for Jeuveau is it has very small amounts of dispersion so stays where you inject it. Also people that no longer get as good a response from botox respond well to Jeuveau.
DYSPORT
This was the next product developed after Botox. Its efficacy is equivalent to Botox. Dysport is in a different concerntration so up to 2.5 times more units are used but the price is reduced by 2.5x so that the overall price would be the same as if you were to have gotten Botox. So the price of getting Dysport and Botox have very similar if one were to go back and forth every 3 months. It is made by the company Galderma. Disport is to go to Botox equivalent if Botox itself seems to be having less effect after years of recurrent use. We sell for $4/unit. but usually requires 90-100 units. Benefit for dysport is it has less side effects and people that no longer get as good a response from botox respond well to dysport.
KYBELLA
KYBELLA® is a prescription medicine used in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin (submental fat), also called “double chin.”
It is not known if KYBELLA® is safe and effective for the treatment of fat outside of the submental area or in children under 18 years of age.
